Product Scheduler- "W-TRS"

Job Description:

*Maintains project schedules and associated resource allocation, performance assessments, and reporting.

* Coordinates with the PM to establish and coordinate business rhythms required to accomplish program schedule execution across multiple TDPs with a focus on schedules and associated resource management.

*Performs Schedule Quality Assurance reviews in consultation with TO and TDP leadership. Provides support to the development of TDPs, including resource-loading (personnel, BOM, ODC).

*Collects and implements schedule status, provides critical path analysis, implements baseline changes, and prepares monthly reports on resource utilization at TO level.

*Communicates schedule impacts and proposes corrective actions to applicable stakeholders.

*Presents the master schedule as required during program management meetings.

*Establishes and enforces schedule guidelines across the program.

*Performs independent network analyses resulting in reports and metrics.

*Evaluates and makes process improvements to support project planning objectives.



Education/Experience:

(2 +BA/BS or 1+MA/MS) or (4 +AA) or (6+No Deg

Required Experience:

*Experience in maintaining project schedules and associated resource allocation, performance assessments, and reporting.

Job Requirements:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

The worker is primarily in an office environment. Programs will require travel to and working in outside environments at government locations from hot and dry to cold and humid. PPE required to mitigate environmental and safety hazards.
